Dan Lubbs

Dan Lubbs with his wife, Kris, their three children and their families have been very involved in the life and growth of the Oak Grove congregation. During his college / university studies he performed two years of alternative service with Brethren Volunteer Service. He then received a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and, later, a master’s degree from Hollins University. He has been the treasurer at Oak Grove since 1998 and considers that to be his area of service to the church. Professionally, he worked for the Roanoke City Public Schools in the Technology Department. He now works for Data Business Systems, again as a programmer for web based financial software so his knowledge of technology and finance have proven to be very useful in his service as Treasurer.
